EXCHANGE & REFUNDS

At Svaraksa, your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it right.


Eligibility for Refunds & Exchanges

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.


How to Request an Exchange or Refund

  1. Email us at support@svaraksa.com with your order number and reason.

  2. We’ll respond with instructions within 1–2 business days.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue your refund or send out your exchange.


Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing times vary by bank, but typically take 5–10 business days after approval.


Exchanges

  • If you’d like a different size or color, let us know.

  • Exchanges are processed upon receiving the original item.


Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards, customized/personalized items, and final sale pieces cannot be refunded or exchanged.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
